Northallerton secures coach friendly accreditation!

Over the last few months, Northallerton BID have been working to achieve this accreditation for Northallerton. This now means that our wonderful market town will be advertised nationwide as a friendly and welcoming place for coach parties. This has been a real team effort and we would like to thank Northallerton Tourist Information Centre Northallerton Town Council Hambleton Community Action North Yorkshire Council Confederation of Passenger Transport Cllr Caroline Dickinson for their hard work and support in this collaboration.

This year we have welcomed 125 coaches already and it is estimated by the CPT that each coach brings an average of £500 into our local economy.

Northallerton is looking forward to welcoming more coaches and hope that the visitors enjoy our town and the fantastic businesses that we have to offer.
