Wills and Probate

Following the death of a relative we can take the burden from you at this difficult time and deal with all aspects of the administration of your loved one’s estate, including completing Inland Revenue documentation, obtaining Probate or Letters of Administration and preparation of Deeds of Variation to minimise the Inheritance Tax payable.
