Vacancy rates continue to decline for our wonderful High Street

Northallerton BID is excited to announce that Northallerton High Street continues to thrive as a central hub for business, consumer activity, and tourism. The vacancy rate in Northallerton is lower than the national average, and this week we have seen a surge of vacant premises being occupied.

Two new businesses will be opening in Barkers Arcade: a hair salon called Tangled and a new massage and beauty studio.

In addition, Hotel Chocolat and Hotter Shoes will be establishing their presence on our High Street, and Soju will be opening soon in Treadmills Square!

It is wonderful to witness businesses investing in Northallerton and providing a diverse array of services to the local community.
